Rhonda Vincent Listening Party at The Center – Center for Rural Development, 2292 S. Hwy 27, Somerset, KY, 3pm. Grammy award-winning Bluegrass artist Rhonda L. Vincent will be making a guest appearance at The Center for Rural Development on Saturday, March 20, at 3 PM for a personal meet and greet. Rhonda, the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry, will be introducing her new album and spending one-on-one time with fans.  She will be available to answer questions and share some of her new music as well.
