Mill Springs Battlefield National Monument Presents “Civil War Days” a Living History Event – Zollicoffer Park, Hwy 235, Nancy, KY, 9am-5pm. This is the first living history event to be held at the park since it was added to the National Park Service. Civil War Days will feature artillery and infantry demonstrations, a Civil War camp, Civil War music, blacksmith demonstrations, Drill Like a Soldier activity, and children’s games. “Living history events create opportunities to bring history to life for visitors to learn about people and events during the Civil War era,” said Superintendent Dawn Davis.
