Lake Cumberland Holiday Hoops Classic Boys/Girls Basketball Tournament 2021 – Somerset, KY. Pulaski County High School, Somerset Christian School, Somerset High School and Southwestern High School gymnasiums. Now in its ninth year, the Lake Cumberland Holiday Hoops Classic is a 19-team Kentucky boys’ and 12-team girls’ high school basketball tournament. The annual event is put on by three schools in Somerset/Pulaski County Kentucky between Christmas and New Years. This year’s event welcomes a number of regional power programs from across the state and features teams from Tennessee and Ohio. The tournament is a 19-team pool play format (for boys) and 12-team pool play format (for girls). Each team plays one game per day for the 3 days of the tourney. There will be a pool champion for each host location for the boys’ matchups. There will be an overall champion for the girls’ matchups. The 2021 tournament runs from December 27 through December 29.
