36^th Annual SJWC Halloween Safe House – Pulaski County Judicial Center, 50 Public Square, Somerset, KY, 5pm-8pm. All children are invited to attend the Somerset Junior Woman’s Club’s 36th Annual Halloween Safe House at the Judicial Center Plaza in downtown Somerset. There will be lots of treats and a free bounce house! Plus, the annual HOMEMADE Costume Contest for Scariest, Funniest, Cutest, Most Original, Movie Related, and Best All Around! Costume competitors must be age 12 and under. Businesses and organizations are welcome to set up booths to give out treats, as well.
