Brandon Davis brings expertise in marketing, promotion to the organization
SOMERSET, KENTUCKY (July 25, 2024) — Pulaski County Judge Executive Marshall Todd has appointed lifelong Lake Cumberland area resident Brandon Davis to the Lake Cumberland Tourism Board of Directors. Davis will serve a three-year term with the opportunity to be reappointed.
Davis is an associate broker for Weichert Realtors-Ford Brothers and the marketing director for Pro Video Audio Productions, a long-standing full-service production house and event service company owned by his father, Danny Davis. He has worked alongside his father in video production for 15 years and has also become a licensed and professional drone pilot. Combined with his wife Kelsey’s expertise in professional photography, the Davises are well-versed in showcasing properties, amenities and attractions in the Lake Cumberland region, making him well-suited for the role, Lake Cumberland Tourism Executive Director Michelle Allen said.
“Brandon understands the importance of effective communication, customer service and marketing,” Allen said. “He is dedicated to showcasing this community to potential visitors and residents, showing them the incredible quality of life we have built here and why it makes a wonderful place to vacation or live. We are thrilled to have him as our newest at-large member and believe he will be a great asset to our board.”
Davis said he believes in the power of community and endeavors to create an environment where individuals can build their lives and create lasting memories.

Davis served on the Young Professionals of Lake Cumberland Board of Directors between 2019 and 2023, being elected president in 2020. He served on the Somerset-Lake Cumberland Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2021-2022, is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Lake Cumberland, and was the No. 1 Weichert realtor in Kentucky in 2020. He has also been named a Weichert Realtors President’s Club and Chairman’s Club winner.
